HIGH PROTEIN RECIPE TO HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT IN A HEALTHY WAY.
Ingredients:
- Cooked Kidney Beans (Rajma) – 2 cups.
- Flaxseed – 2 tsp (mix a little water to it, and keep it aside for 20 mins).
- Finely chopped Onion.
- Finely chopped Green Chillies.
- Finely chopped Coriander.
- Finely chopped Mint Leaves.
- Cooked and mashed Quinoa – 1 Katori.
- Salt (as per taste).
- Cumin powder (as per taste).
- Coriander powder (as per taste).
- Bread Crumbs – 1-2 tsp.
Ingredients for assembling the burger.
- Toasted Burger Bun
- Sriracha Sauce – 1 Tsp ( mixed into mayonnaise)
- Lettuce
- Cucumber slices
Method:
- Mash or grind the kidney beans into a thick paste, using little or no water.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Shape them into a patty.
- Roll the patty over the bread crumbs.
- Brown the patty on a tawa using a few drops of oil.
- Once the patty is done, assemble the burger.
Assembling the Burger:
- Spread the Sriracha Mayo on the toasted Bun
- Put the patty
- Add the lettuce and cucumber slices
- And it’s ready to serve.
