Cucumber and Mint Juice Recipe.

Ingredients.
- 3 Cucumber for 1 glass of juice
- Small piece of ginger
- 8 sprigs of mint leaves
Method.
- Wash all the ingredients
- Chop them and put it in the blender.
- Once blended, pass it through a sieve or a muslin cloth.

Banana Stem Detox Drink Recipe.

Ingredients
- Banana stem
- Lemon
- Water
Method
- Cut the banana stem and take out the outer layer.
- Use only the inner stem, cut it into medium sized pieces.
- Put the chopped stem in the blender, add water accordingly and blend it.
- Strain it and add a few drops of lime.
- And it’s ready to serve.
Ash Gourd Detox Drink Recipe.

Ingredients
- Ash Gourd
- Water
Method
- Peel the ash gourd’s skin and take out the seeds.
- Chop the ash gourd and put it in the blender.
- Add some water to blend it.
- Then let it pass through the sieve.
- Serve.
